You may get the following error when cropping images (converting from wires to editorial):

Error in the activity 'parseFile': 'The type initializer for '<Module>' threw an exception.' (ERR1011)

A similar error may be thrown by the Upload command.

More users can have similar errors, while other users on the same system may have no such problems.

This may be IIS related.

Checking from LogAdmin the users who had such problem, you may notice that all of them are connected to the same IIS server (if a system has multiple IIS servers), while the users who had no such problems were connected to another IIS server.

Re-registering COM DLLs on that IIS server and recycling the application pool solved the problem.
