Libraries order in a format

Order in which the GNML style libraries are linked to a format affects editing of styles.

If you've linked three style libraries, e.g. A,B,C in the listed order, the styles in the library B that call styles defined in library A, can be edited in EdAdmin4, but not the styles in the library B that call styles in the library C.

That's due to the loading order of style libraries. As a general rule, link the libraries with styles that can be called from elsewhere before the libraries that call these styles.

J library has to be always the first one.
