Format names may be up to 32 characters long and may contain spaces. Have in mind though that not more that 10 characters fit in the status bar field of the format in Ted4, and that the longer names will be displayed partially.
Format names are used by the editorial and production staff when assigning formats to text elements and pages.
It is recommended to name formats in the same way as GN4 types and element types. Example:
