You can delete a format if you don't need it anymore, and if it is not used by any element (text, master page, local text on page).

1.Run EdAdmin4, and then on the main screen, under Editorial Configuration, click Format.

2.In the list of formats, click the format you want to spike, and then on the Action menu, click Spike.

Note

The deleted formats may be undeleted, unless the system was purged. In that case, the deleted formats are lost.
