Defining headline defaults

It is recommended to identify the defaults that are common for all the headlines, and to create an auxiliary hidden style >hreset< to insert at the beginning of all the headline styles.

>small<normal caps; alternatives are >small 1< for small capitals, >small 2< for all uppercases, >small 3< for all lowercases; if omitted, default is normal;

>co K<black; alternatives are >co W< for white, >co< for invisible; if omitted, default is black;
>gray 100<full tint; alternatives are >gray 30< for 30%, >gray 0< for invisible;
>grid<lock to baseline grid disabled; alternative is >grid LD< which locks the grid to the baseline; >grid CapH< which locks the grid to the shifted baseline, so that uppercases in the first line of any column touch the top of the area;
>ta CapH<top compensation set to height of uppercases;
>a<space above paragraph set to 0; alternatives are >a 3pt< which set the space above to 3pt;
