The easiest way to test the auto-reporting of system exceptions is to force an exception to happen.

To force an exception

1.In Ted or Fred, open the Script editor palette, and then type anything meaningless, e.g. aaaaa or bbbb.

2.Click Execute, and the exception will happen (as the software won't recognize aaaaa or bbbbb as a valid command).

3.If testing the auto-reporting via email, check if the mail was sent.
