Cause

Effective measure of current line, when all eventual indents are subtracted is zero or negative number, which is not allowed.

Solution

Check the line where the error is reported.

If there's no suspect indents, control the shape where the text flows. Sometimes, this error is reported when text flow in too complex irregular shape.
