To switch between draft and real fonts
On the View menu, click Real or draft fonts, or click the icon on the main toolbar.
When you activate the "draft font" mode
When you activate the draft font mode, all the text is displayed in the same font, selected on the Preferences dialog box (Edit > Preferences > Source > Display > Default font and size). If there are italic and bold or font variations, you will not be able to see them in the source pane (but they will still remain visible in the WYSIWYG pane).
The purpose of this feature is to have a plain text displayed in the typeface you consider the most readable - without affecting the printed output.
When you activate the "real font" mode
When you activate the real font mode, all the text is displayed in the font(s), used for the print output (tags and special marks continue to be displayed in the font, selected on the Preferences dialog box (Edit > Preferences > Source > Display > Default font and size). If there are italic and bold or font variations, you will see them in the source pane (and they will also be visible in the WYSIWYG pane).
