You can remove text fit - either the one applied by the flexible leading or by the paragraph spacing, or the one applied by predefined fitting presets.

When removing distribution of flexible leading or paragraph spacing, all the fitting gets applied on the last column of the text - in that case, to remove the fitting completely, replace the styles that apply flexible leading or spacing with the fixed leading styles.

When removing fitting applied by predefined presets, the text simply becomes too long or too short.

To remove text fit

On the Tools menu, point to Fit, and then click Clear Distribution.
