To print the current article as "on page"

1.On the File menu, point to Print, and then click Print to PDF, or click the printer icon in the main toolbar.

2.Select the appropriate print preset and then click Print.

3.When prompted with "Press [Yes] to print, or [No] to open", do one of the following:

•Press Yes to display PDF and then the print dialog.

•Press No to open PDF and to preview it.

Note

A PDF reader needs to be pre-installed on your workstation.
