Open a derived article

Derived articles are articles created from other articles, by copying or saving as.

Open derived article(s)

1.	On the Articles main tab, open an article, right-click the article tree, and then select Open derived. This displays the dialog "Articles copied from or to article 'xxxx'".

2.	Select the derived article you want to open, and then click OK. Ted4 will open the derived article.

Note

When you create an article from another, the original article is marked with an entry specifying that it has been copied to the new one, and the new one is marked as created from the original one. By means of derived dialog box, you can easily access to derived articles from the original one, or to original article from any derived article.
