Formatting errors in text can be caused by inserting missing or wrong GNML tags, wrong syntax, replacement of formats, deleting of styles or style libraries.

A warning about formatting errors appears in the status bar, as Errors label, in the right side of the status bar.

Double-click the Errors label to display the palette with the list of all errors.

You can also keep the palette permanently displayed, if you save the desktop while the palette is placed where you want.
