The below can be applied on the current, or on all selected paragraphs.
Do one of the following:
•On the Type menu, point to Paragraph, and then click Toggle Standard Indent. •Press CTRL+ALT+H. |
| 1. | On the Type menu, point to Paragraph, and then click Paragraph Palette. |
| 2. | On the General tab, in the Starting box of the Indent section, enter the first line indent value. Put 0 if you don't want the first line to be indented. |
| 3. | In the Left box, specify the left indent value and in the Right box specify the right indent value. |
| 4. | Optionally, in the field next to left and right indents, specify the number of lines for each indent. If you leave the fields empty, this means one line only for the first line indent, but all the lines in a paragraph for the left or right indent. |
On change of the value in the above mentioned fields, GNML tags are inserted on the beginning of paragraph(s), as shown in the table:
