Tag >h...< and characters scale

The style-driven character horizontal scale, as on the figure 1, produces a desired type shrinking.

But, how it will react if you modify type size of the text, by adding another >h..< tag ? It depends on the tag format. If you use a short version of tag, e.g. >h 22pt<, you can see on the figure 2 what happens - the desired scaling is gone!

To avoid such event, it's enough to add a second parameter ",0", and the selected scaling is kept.
