You can insert movies and sound (multimedia elements in general) from GN4 database to an article.

Movies and sound clips you add to an article can be played when you publish it on Web.

You can insert any multimedia file present in the GN4 database. See Upload content.

You don't have to worry about where media files might be moved during the production cycle. GN4 takes care to upload links automatically.

To insert multimedia in an article

1.Open an article on the Articles main tab in Ted4 or in Fred4.

2.On navigator, switch to the Content navigator, and then locate multimedia.

3.Select one or more movies or sounds and drag them to the article tree.

Note: you can link the same multimedia element to any number of articles. You can link any number of multimedia elements to an article.
