To run EdAdmin4

From a ClickOnce launch page

Run a browser and then connect to the URL for the ClickOnce launch page. Locate the EdAdmin4 icon and then click the appropriate icon or "Run it" button (if any).

If you cannot find EdAdmin4 icon on the launch page, then see Run GN4 client ClickOnce application even if not listed.

If you don't know the URL for the ClickOnce launch page, contact your System Administrator.

From a shortcut or menu

Double-click the EdAdmin4 icon edadminicon on the desktop or in a menu and wait until it loads. If prompted for the sign-in information (user name and password), enter your name and password.

To run another EdAdmin4 instance on the same computer, or to run EdAdmin4 on another computer with the same sign-in information (user name and password), repeat the above.

To run EdAdmin4 as another user, hold SHIFT while double-clicking the EdAdmin4 icon. Note: this depends on how your system is configured, and it may not work on all GN4 systems. See Enable Save Credentials option on the Connection dialog for further info.

From a folder on a local drive

Locate the BIN folder (typically C:\TERA\GN4\BIN or C:\TERA\GN4\RELx\BIN and then locate the EdAdmin4.exe file. Double-click to run it.

To run Administrative browser

From a shortcut

Double-click the Administrative Browser icon on the desktop or in a menu and wait until it loads. If prompted for the sign-in information (user name and password), enter your name and password.

To run another browser instance on the same computer, or to run browser on another computer with the same sign-in information (user name and password), repeat the above.

By entering an URL

Run a browser and then connect to the URL for the Administrative Browser (typically, it ends with an /int). Example: if your public server name is ABCD.COM, then a valid URL may be http://ABCD.COM/GN4/INT.

If you don't know the URL for the Administrative browser, contact your System Administrator.
