1.Run the EdAdmin4 and then under Application Configuration, click Applications/Designers Permissions.

2.Under Groups, select whether to display the permissions for groups, users, or for both. Note: the display may become slow if the number of users is high.

3.To edit permission for a group or user, double-click it, and then in the Set applications/designers permissions dialog box select what you want.

Note

By default, all applications and designers are allowed for every users. This may lead to overuse of some application specific licenses, e.g. edition and page design etc. Therefore, you may want to leave the access to those applications only for editions/page designers and to revoke it for all other users.
