1.Open the print dialog as explained in Opening the print dialog box.

2.Click Check-out. Note: you need to have the Default permission to create print presets.

3.Click the Configuration box and enter the unique name of the print preset.

4.Click the button next to the Configurations box, to display a pop-up menu.

5.Click Add new configuration.

6.For print settings, specify what you want.

7.When done, click Check-out again.

8.Click Exit.

Notes

Since the version 2.1, the measurement units that appear on this dialog are read from the personal preferences on the Pages main tab. In previous versions they were read from the default measurement unit in the GlobalConfig.
