System performances

The system performances are subject to variations, and depend on many factors, primarily of the network speed, and especially on the bandwidth and speed of the network connection between GN4 servers (IIS, SQL, GNWeb).
The below table shows the expected values on a client computer, connected to a medium-busy real production GN4 system. A locally installed Fiddler was used to measure the performance. Except in the task "Pull on a medium size library shape from and create article", there were no dialog box displayed: in that task, the tester closed the dialog box as quick as possible.
Some values of the Test1 are higher, because it was the first action of such kind after the server and/or client reset, so the local caching affected the measurements. This is especially a case when opening pages first time in the session (client software caches fonts and formats), or creating first article in the session.
