1.Run the Administrative Browser and then click the Logged users main tab.

2.Review the list of users checking the Login date, the Last access, and the Server app.name columns to locate users who may be 'ghosts'.

3.Hover over the line with a 'ghost' users - that will make the Delete button to appear.

4.Click the Delete button to remove the user and to free the license.

 

Note

If the login date is far back in past, but the Server app name is Back4, it is unlikely to be a ghost login.
