Delete (if the edition is opened)

On the File menu, click Delete current edition.

Delete (if the edition is not opened)

1.On the File menu, click Delete /Undelete editions.

2.In the Edition delete dialog, in the Live editions list, select editions to delete.

3.Click Delete. In the Deleted editions list, select editions to undelete, and then click Undelete.

Delete (postponed,if the edition is not opened)

1.On the Navigator, select one or more editions.

2.On the File menu, click Schedule Deleting of selected editions.

3.In the Edition delete dialog, in the Live editions list, select editions to delete.

4.Click Delete. In the Deleted editions list, select editions to undelete, and then click Undelete.

Undelete (if the edition is not opened)

1.On the File menu, click Delete /Undelete editions.

2.In the Edition delete dialog, in the Deleted editions list, select editions to undelete.

3.Click Undelete.
