Fred4: spell checker update the server user dictionary only at end session	GN4-3524
Add the immediate DB update adding a word on the spell checker dictionary. Fixed. add also an automatic spellchecker refresh in clients: on editing, modifying dictionary exceptions, starting the spellchecker, the application reload the dictionaries an restart the onidle spellchecker process (if active)
