Set a library object to create automatically an article:

1.Double-click a library object in the results of the library Navigator.

2.Open the Tool palette (Window > Palettes > Tool).

3.Select the first frame of the library object (typically a headline frame), and then under Article, select the Create a new article method.

4.Select Link and then, in X and Y select Proportional, and then click the confirmation icon.

5.Select all other frames of the same object, and then under Article, select Use current article (if any), and then select Link.

6.In X and Y select Proportional, and then click the confirmation icon.

7.Select the last frame, and then select Save.

8.Click the confirmation icon.

9.Press CTRL+S to save the work, and then close the library object tab.

Set a library object to link automatically to an article

1.Double-click a library object in the results of the library Navigator.

2.Open the Tool palette (Window > Palettes > Tool).

3.Select all frames of the library object, and then under Article, select the Use current article (if any)

4.Select Link, and then, in X and Y select Proportional.

5.Click the confirmation icon.

6.Select the last frame, and then select Save.

7.Click the confirmation icon.

8.Press CTRL+S to save the work, and then close the library object tab.
