Fred4: be able to send an article form text editing mode

Articles on a Fred page can now be sent also when in text editing mode.

Fred: text folder not refreshed after article send

GN4-3471

There is a wrong sequence of action: at the end the text result completely updated but it missing the folder id.
Fixed.
In any case the send operation should be done with the unchecked text.
