Words with apostrophe were not highlighted correctly using exact operator in SQL full text searches (example "Dall'Olio"). Now fixed.

Clients: in 2.2 not possible to clear applied saved search by selecting empty line in the drop down

The empty value still has no action on searches, add the "clean" button to replace this functionality.
The clean button is more usable and fast than the "select the empty combo item" action.
It also clean the temporary search (not related to saved search).
