Reviewing pagination results

When the automated page make-up is complete, you need to review the results, proof reading all the pages, and check if there are non fitting articles, or "overfit" articles (articles that fit, but the fitting is too harsh).
Review, in particular:
| • | Articles that are not fitting being one or more elements too short or too long. |
| • | Images in the articles: check crop and zoom. |
| • | Articles that are fitting: check if the fitting is within acceptable limits. |
| • | Headline formats: check if headline need additional adjustments. |
| • | The workstate of auto-published pages. |
The pages that are auto-paginated have the appropriate 'to be approved' workstate automatically assigned. The workstate name is configurable on the group parameters level. Add the parameters with the name and the values as shown below. Create the workstates manually.
