You can review an article editing status (ie. who is editing the article right now).

On the Articles navigator (Articles main tab) in Ted4

The setting depends on the configuration version and customizations.

In newer configurations (2.1 and newer), the 'in use' marker is in the Info column and it appears as when someone edits any element of the article.

The same is available on the Details directory style, and on the directory styles of other navigators.

In older configurations, on the List directory style on the Articles navigator, the articles in editing (either by you or by other users) get marked with an icon in the U column. It's enough that someone edits at least one element of the article and the icon appears.

If you hover the mouse over the icon, a pop-up appears displaying the list of article elements that are in use.
