Fit one or more frames to text

1.Select one or more text frames containing a non-fitting text.

2.On the Tools menu, point to Fit, and then click Fit frames to content, or press F7.

Notes

•When fitting more frames to text, if the number or overset/underset lines is not divisible without remainder with the number of the selected frames, text won't fit completely even after frames are auto-resized. Apply the content fitting then.

•Fitting of the single frame can be called also by script FitOneFrameToText("method"), where method can be: "P" - prompts you to select the edge; "A" - attempts to determine free space above and below and scales the frame accordingly; "D" - scale on bottom edge; "U" - scale on top edge.
