On a page, replace an article with another

1.Drag an article from the Articles Navigator onto an already paginated article.

2.When prompted, select Replace….

Move an article from one page to another (within the same edition)

1.Open the source and the target page.

2.Select all elements of the article on the source page.

3.Do one of the following:

•Drag the article to the target page.

•Press CTRL+X, click somewhere on the target page, and then press CTRL+V (if you want the article to be pasted on the same position as on the source page), or on the Edit menu, select Paste floating (if you want to choose the position manually).

4.Save the target page and then save the source page.

Move an article from one edition to another

1.Open the source page.

2.Select all elements of the article.

3.Press CTRL+X.

4.Save the source page.
Note: this step is required to avoid errors about cross-linking of article.

5.Open the target page.

6.Press CTRL+V (if you want the article to be pasted on the same position as on the source page), or on the Edit menu, select Paste floating (if you want to choose the position manually).

7.Save the target page.
