On the Masters navigator of the Pages main tab, locate a master page you want.

Drag it onto your page.

•Fred4 warns you if you attempt to assign a double or a left master to an odd page, or a right master to an even page - but it lets you proceed if that's what you want to do.

•If you replace a single master with a double master, the right page side may remain empty - you have to move manually the content of the next page to the right page side. If you replace a double master with a single master, the right page content may end up onto pasteboard and won't be printed. You need to add a single page and then move manually the content to it. A personal preference is available (Edit > Preferences > Extra > General > Auto split/join content when dealing with double masters. If you select it, Fred4 will prompt you to move the content accordingly. Note: this will work only if nobody else is using both pages.
