1.On the Home screen, click Browse.
2.On the New menu, click Upload.
3.On the File Upload dialog box, on the Advanced tab, click Browse.
4.In the File explorer select one or more items to upload, and then click Open.
5.Wait until upload completes and the upload report is displayed in the dialog box.
6.Do one of the following:
•Click Next to proceed.
•Click the Remove link next to uploaded item(s) name, to cancel upload of those items.
7.On the Upload - Files information dialog box, click the icon to select the folder to store the uploaded content, according to your privileges.
8.In Title, enter the name to be assigned to each content item, or leave empty, to keep the original file names.
9.Enter optional data in other fields, if present.
10.Click Finish to store the items in the database.
