To rearrange toolbars

Hower the mouse over the drag handle of a toolbar, and then drag it on a new position in the current docking zone / tray.

If you drag a toolbar over an existing toolbar, it inserts on its position, moving the existing toolbar right.

If you drag a toolbar below the last (bottom) toolbar, it inserts in a new row.

Save the workspace, to make changes permanent.
