Tracking Infobar quick reference

For each article or image, the following is displayed in the infobar list in Tracking:

Fit/Not dummy |
Contains the tick mark icon, if text is fitting, or a image is not dummy. Otherwise it is empty. |
Quick reference to non-fitting articles, or dummy images. Please note that the absence of the icon means non-fitting or dummy. |

Quick reference to locked elements. Icon color does not change though. |
Deadline |
Contains a traffic light and verbose string with hours:minutes before the next milestone, or info that the milestone is passed |
Quick reference to the tracking status |
icon if element is locked, or it's empty if the element can be edited.
