FUNCTION

DESCRIPTION

Copy

Copy selected pages on the clipboard.

Paste

Paste the clipboard content (pages) in the current or in another edition.

Paste Sharing

Paste the clipboard content (pages) in the current or in another edition as shared layers.

Delete

Delete selected pages.

Edit Page

Edit selected pages on the Pages main tab.

Check Out All

Check-out all pages in the current edition.

Check In All

Check-in all pages in the current edition.

Check Out Selected

Check-out the selected pages in the current edition.

Check In Selected

Check-in the selected pages in the current edition.

Add Single Page (no renumbering)

Add a page as the last page.

Insert page above and Renumber

Insert a page above the current page, and renumber the old page.

Renumber +1

Increment the numbering of the selected page for 1. To increment numbering of all pages for 1, select all pages and then run this command.

Renumber -1

Decrement the numbering of the selected page for 1. To decrement numbering of all pages for 1, select all pages and then run this command.

SHIFT all pages from here +1

Increment the numbering of the current page and all subsequent pages for 1.

Select All

Select all pages and layers.

Select Pages Only

Select all pages but not layers.

Select Page Layers

Select all layers but not pages.

Unselect All

Unselect all.

Add Layer

Add a new layer to all selected pages. The new added layers are individual layers.

Add Shared Layer

Add a new shared layer to all selected pages. The new added layer is one layer linked to all pages.

Show Page/Layers Preview

Show preview of the current page or layer.

Refresh

Refresh the listing.

Clear Preview

Clear the preview.
