Pages prerequisites
•APM expects that the empty space on pages to be made-up automatically correspond to at least one APM object library
•APM expects the pages with the assigned APM category and (optionally) sections. You cannot run APM on a page without content category. If a page has no section, APM will be unable to auto-detect the folder from where to get articles to make-up automatically
•APM pages must have at least two layers: editorial layer, to place the editorial content, and ads layer, to contain the advertisement. If there are more editorial layers, the first editorial layer will be automatically used for APM. IMPORTANT: APM does not support ads and editorial content on the same layer.
•The page layers order can be: Ads as the first layer, APM editorial layer, other editorial layers, or: APM editorial layer as the first layer, other editorial layers, Ads layer.
•The pages that are supposed to have advertisement, must contain the ads or the ads placeholders on the Ads layer BEFORE you start the APM session.
•The APM editorial layer can be empty or can contain library objects already placed. If you place something on the APM editorial layer, it is recommended to fill it completely (according to the space for the Editorial Hole). If the placed object leaves some empty space, and you expect APM to fill it, make sure that the space corresponds to an APM library with appropriate objects.
•The pages may be in any order.
•The page layers must belong to the same region.
•The pages to be automatically made up in a session must belong to one edition - if you need to do the pages in more editions, you will have to process one edition at a time.
•The pages and the edition where they belong must not be in use by any other user when the automated page make-up starts.
