In Fred4/Ted4, fixed the crash which occurred when selecting a folder in the 'Article New' dialog with denied permissions.

Now the client correctly prevents the user from selecting the folder item.

While some frames are selected, even in mixed selection, pressing the OemComma key displays the estimated number of characters (the calculation is not based on the estimation list, but on the actual format, char height, leading, and the effective area of frames).

Ted: allow step-by-step adjustments in TxtEditCopyFitDlg

Now you can perform the step-by-step adjustments in the TxtEditCopyFitDlg, while editing text. When clicking OK, the change is applied on text, and if the text is still not fitting, the dialog box remains displayed, so you can perform another adjustment. If the text fits, dialog closes. Clicking Cancel closes the dialog box also when text is not fitting.

Ted/Fred: cursor movement fix

Cursor left used to stop on as tag on the beginning of a text line, if the previous line ended with a soft justification point. Cursor right required two presses on end of a text line, to reach the position before the first char in the next line.

Ted/Fred: improve single paragraph/single cell fitting

Improved a single paragraph shrinking and the single cell fitting in tables. Now, if you press SHIFT+F7, you can choose the fitting strategy with an improved message and looping until you click Cancel, or the fitting succeeded. The single cell fitting with F7 does not display a wrong failure message in case the fitting succeeds.

Ted4: multiple web service calls when editing a text containing img tag with folder

When editing a text containing an >img< tag (directly or in a style) containing an explicit path (for example: >img !test.jpg!,,40.0,!/system/images!<) a lot of web service calls were done slowing down the editing and also the system. Now fixed.

Ted: problem editing styles with parameters

GN4-3468

In Ted, when editing a paragraph style using the 'CreateParaStyle' command and clicking Ok, all the parameters contained into the style were deleted.
Now fixed: the parameters of the paragraph style are not deleted anymore.
Note that the paragraph style is automatically expanded before editing; this is necessary to display into the dialog all the GNML tags to edit.
The side effect is that, if '#T' is specified into the style, the wysiwyg view shows temporarily the '#T' placeholder until the editing dialog is open.
When the editing dialog is closed the correct style is restored.
We have the same behaviour in the 'ExpandParaStyle' command (also in GN3).

Ted/Fred: add a toolbar combo to select and apply formats

add a new toolbar called "format" it contains the combo box to choose the format to apply on selected text.
The toolbar is available in the Article and Page designers. The combobox has autoapply (select the format and it is applied on text automatically)
In the Article Designer the toolbar is available in source, WYSIWYG and article tree. In the Page designer the toolbar is available selecting the text frame to apply the format or editing it. On existing systems you need to update the configurations in fred4_TabItems.xml and ted4_TabItems.xml to enable the toolbar.
