1.	A headline frame

2.	A body frame

A box

The Tool settings are:

Object	X	Y	W	H
Headline	ATL	ATL	ABR	F
Body	ATL	F	ABR	ABR
Box	ATL	ATL	P	P

How it works?

The object is resized to the placeholder dimensions. The headline and body frame width follow the placeholder width. The headline frame height and the margin to body remain the same.
