Example of Tool for fixed height headline and body block

Create the following objects:

1.	A headline frame

2.	One or more body frames

The Tool settings are:

Object	X	Y	W	H
Headline	ATL	ATL	P	Fixed
Body frames	P	F	P	ABR

How it works?

The object is resized to the placeholder dimensions. The headline and body frame width follow the placeholder width. The number of body legs is not changed - their width is changed to follow proportionally the width of the placeholder. The width of the gutter is also proportionally changed. The headline frame height and the margin to body remain the same.
