Create the following objects:

1.	A text frame

2.	A box filled with selected color behind the frame #1

3.	A box filled with selected color behind the box #2

The Tool settings are:

Object	X	Y	W	H
All	ATL	ATL	ABR	ABR

How it works?

The object is resized to the placeholder dimensions. The settings ensure that the margins between frame and border remain fixed and the rightmost edge of drop shadow is inner.
