Ted4/Fred4: multiCrop dialog problem with pubdest dropdownlist the first time it loads	GN4-3436
When calling the wf_Multicrop.xml workflow in clients, the tree of the publishing destinations displayed only two destinations at first opening. The problem occurred only when the tree had the internal property 'IncludeRoot' set to true: in this case the tree was sized to the minimum height value. Now fixed: all the destinations are correctly displayed the first time the tree is expanded.
