When printing from a multi-page view, depending on how your print preset is defined, the printing outcome can be the active page, or all pages in the multi-page view (all in one PDF).

This depends on the selection in the Print field on the Output tab of the print dialog box.

Active page will print only the currently active page, All pages will print all opened pages, combining them in a single PDF, and Only selected objects will print only the selected objects on the active page.

The Active page setting is recommended for the normal use.
