You can use the Measurement palette to move selected objects by entering values. This function moves the frame and content together. To move a copy of the selected object, leaving the original in place, use Duplicating Objects.
Move "to"
On the Measurement Palette, in X, enter new horizontal position value. In Y, enter new vertical position.
Click the green confirmation icon, or press 8.

Move "for"
On the Measurement palette, add to the existing X and Y values the horizontal and vertical distances that you want the object to move.
Write the + sign and the distance value, and then click the green confirmation icon, or press 8.
Positive distances move the object down and to the right of the x axis; negative distances move the object up and to the left.

Notes
•It is not possible to add angle to a distance.
