With the normal tool , select the objects to move from/to background, and then on the Tools menu, point to Arrange, and then do one of the following:

•To put selected objects above all other objects, click Bring to Front or press CTRL+F.

•To put selected objects below all other objects, click Send to Back or press CTRL+B.

•To put selected objects for one step forward, click Bring Forward.

•To put selected objects for one step backward, click Send Backward.
