Move selected objects with mouse

Place close to corner handles until it changes to , and then drag where you want.

To enable snap to grid (even if grid is hidden), on the Layout menu, select the snap option you want.

If snap is active, hold CTRL while dragging to temporarily disable vertical snap, and/or SHIFT to disable horizontal snap.

Note

You can also drag objects between pages.

Move with keys

Press arrow keys and combinations. Press CTRL+K for the list of shortcuts.

Move by entering position

In the X and Y fields of the Measurement palette enter new values.
