In version 2.0 we added the possibility to modify only image metadata (GN4-1701).

If the Convert operation receives only the SetInfo step parameter, ParseImg works only on metadata, so the result file is exactly like the original, exept the metadata contents.

This feature works ONLY for JPEG image (PNG and TIFF format will be supported in the future)

If there are more step parameters (scale, rotate, etc,) the image is processed in the classic mode.
