NewGalleryFromSelection() script now set the first added media thumbnail as gallery thumbnail. New APIs:
* MediaGalleryCore.MediaIdToThumbnail(Login, GalleryId, MediaId): addins command to set MediaId object thumbnail as GalleryId thumbnail
* WFUtils.MediaGallerySetThumbnail(GalleryId, MediaId): Workflow command equivalent (since build 2.2).
Return value: 0=OK, 1=No Media, 2=No Media ThumbId, 3=No Media Thumb Data

[92] Shell4: objectUI height inside mediaGallery designer doens't work

The <winclient> style is now applied in the Object UI pane of the MediaGallery Designer, useful to set container height. The horizontal splitter bar is set to correct position when the node is specified, otherwise the default position is used.

The new options dialog allow user to enable automatic gallery check-out on open. If checkout fails, the gallery is open as before.

Checkbox items are now correctly displayed and edited. Remember that the first cell click is to enter edit, then clicks will set/reset the flag. See "RowUI" doc for usage.

In the "Edit" menu the new item "Revert to saved" can be used to drop any change to gallery data and media list, reloading the stored one.

[148] Shell4: custom fields added to MediaGallery elements are not saved

In clients, the custom attributes added to the 'mediaGallery.objs' element into the schema were not displayed into the mediaGallery designer.
Now fixed. The user can view and modify the custom attributes of the mediaGallery objects.

[203] Shell4: some issues into Media Gallery designer

* Check-in / out operations are now clearly and correctly disabled when a row is in edit.
* The editing of a read-only cell, when the gallery is not checked-out, is now not permitted and the warning message is issued immediately.
* Fixed various string messages shared with Budget designer.
