Jump lines are not removed automatically if you unlink or delete content on the jump page(s). You have to delete them manually. To delete a jump line, as the one shown below, select it and press the Delete key.

If the jump line was inserted with runaround over body frame, then it's done. Otherwise, select the body frame and stretch it down till it bottom aligns with other body frames.
