This listing is available in EdAdmin4 within the Security section, since the version 2.0.

It contains the list of currently logged users with logon data for each. You can review the list of logged users, forcibly remove the user (click the Remove Login link in the header), select the columns to display and filter the list.

Logon data

•User Name

The GN4 name of the logged user.

•Client App

The application name, or WebBrowser (see the Server App to know if it is a User Browser - gnpc, Administrative Browser - gnpcInt, or I4.

•IP

The public IP from which the user connected.

•Last Access

The date and time of the last access to the system. Note that excessive time intervals may be suspect "ghosts" - the users whose applications crashed and didn't log off.

•Login

The GUID (ticket).

•Remote IP

The remote IP address.

•Server App

The name of the server configuration/application: gnpc stands for the User Browser or client applications, gnpcInt for the Administrative Browser, I4 for I4, Tera Back4-Main for the name of the service-instance.

•Login Time

The date and time when user signed onto the system.

•User Id

The GN4 id of the user.

•Licenses

The currently used licenses.

•In Use

The list of objects locked/in use by that user. Click to display details.

•Monitoring

The list of alerts and targets.

Filtering the list

Click the Set Filter link, and then enter what you want to filter the list of logins.
