The page elements that are not part of any article, but are required on the page, are considered as page stationery. Such elements may be: the page section, or the page name (on the following screenshot it is the element on top), or a common head such as BRIEFS.
APM requires that the page stationery elements must be marked with the type [None]. This prevents Fred to attempt to link such elements when linking articles.
Note: the page stationery must however make part of an article LG!
