This error occurs when you attempt to sign in to a browser, but your user name and password are not registered in the GN4 database.

To correct this error

•Make sure the Caps Lock is not turned on.

•Double-check your credentials and make sure you entered them correctly.

•Contact the Systems Administrator and ask for the correct credentials.
